Full renovation of the lower ground floor including excavation, underfloor heating, high spec kitchen renewal of all mechanical services, electrics and plumbing. New Limestone tiling and restoration of the existing original purbeck and terracotta. Most notable however was their excellent carpentry. The listing required carpentry that matched the existing and Angus’s team were able to meet the exacting requirements of the conservation officer.
